Terms of Use

Operational terms for a private, owner-operated upload tool.

Intended use

This desktop application is for the owner of the Olympostit / 올림포스트잇 channel to manage uploads of their approved productions. This website is an information page, not a public video hosting or account service.

Owner approval

The operator reviews and approves the exact video version and its upload metadata before transfer. Uploads are created as private. Under the owner’s standing workflow instruction, a request to render an identified final version also authorizes quality checks, preparation of its metadata and thumbnail, and private upload, unless the owner explicitly limits the request to rendering only. For long-form videos, thumbnails must be confirmed by the owner before application and upload; an unconfirmed thumbnail pauses transfer. Shorts skip separate thumbnail creation, confirmation and transfer unless the owner specifically requests it. Preview requests do not authorize uploads. Public release is a separate decision. The operator is responsible for content rights, audience settings, required disclosures and compliance with YouTube policies.

Google and YouTube services

Use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable Google policies. API availability, authorization and video processing are controlled by Google. The operator can revoke application access at any time.
